Our story

Every student knows these moments. The exam is next week, and the book has only a handful of exercises, most of them without answers. The teacher draws one circuit on the board, but learning takes dozens. Or there is a text in another language to read with the dictionary open, one word at a time, until the meaning of the sentence gets lost along the way.

Nalgoritmo was founded in 2026 to take these obstacles out of the way. Inside its name is the word algoritmo, Portuguese and Spanish for algorithm: a sequence of clear steps that solves a problem. That is how we build each tool. We take one concrete difficulty that students face and turn it into a simple page that solves it, right in the browser, free and with no sign-up.

Today Nalgoritmo offers four tools, and its flagship is the Sequential Translator, made for anyone who wants to learn a language by reading.

We are pioneers in solving these problems for students, with one free tool for each of them, right in the browser.

One problem, one tool

Each Nalgoritmo tool was born from a specific problem students face.

Our flagship

🔤 Sequential Translator

The problem

Reading in a new language means stopping at every unknown word. The dictionary gives the meaning of the word on its own, not in the sentence, and by the end of the paragraph the thread of the reading is lost.

Our answer

Paste any text and read it with each word followed by its translation, chosen by the context of the sentence: the bilingual reading method polyglots use to learn languages. It works on computers and phones, even offline, in 39 languages, and the result can be downloaded for Word, EPUB or PDF.

🧮 Boolean Algebra Exercise Generator and Expression Solver

The problem

In digital logic classes, every new circuit has to be drawn by hand, and checking a truth table or a timing diagram takes longer than solving the exercise itself.

Our answer

Generate logic circuits with 1 to 10 gates, or type a Boolean expression and get its circuit, simplified formula and timing diagram. The answer stays hidden until you decide to check.

📊 Statistical Data Set Generator

The problem

Practicing mean, median, variance and standard deviation takes a new data set every time, and someone to say whether the answer is right, and whether to divide by N or by n − 1.

Our answer

Generate random data sets, choose population or sample statistics, and check each answer as correct or incorrect, field by field.

🔢 Number Base Conversion Exercise Generator

The problem

Converting between binary, octal, decimal and hexadecimal only becomes natural with a lot of repetition, and a wrong answer without the steps teaches very little.

Our answer

Practice with as many exercises as you want, in three difficulty levels, and see each solution step by step: repeated division, or the sum of the powers of the base.

What guides us

Free, with no sign-up

Open the page and start. No account, no installation, no payment.

Practice first, check later

Every tool lets you try on your own before seeing the answer, because that is how real learning happens.

In your language

The tools work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and the Sequential Translator in 39 languages.

Your texts stay with you

The Sequential Translator processes your texts in your own browser; they are not sent to Nalgoritmo.

For teachers, too

Teachers can generate as many exercises as they need, reveal the solutions in class and use the results in their study materials. Students then keep practicing at home with the same tools.
