Any text: an article, a book chapter, song lyrics, a work email.

2

Choose the languages

Pick the direction among 39 languages, for example Spanish → English or English → Portuguese.

3

Read word by word

Each word appears followed by its translation; download the result for Word, EPUB or PDF and keep reading anywhere.

  • Each word is translated in the context of its sentence, not word for word from a dictionary.
  • Original words in white and translations in yellow, keeping the paragraphs and line breaks of your text.
  • 39 languages, in any direction, as supported by your browser.
  • On computers it uses the Translator API built into the browser; on phones and other browsers, an offline engine that runs on the device and downloads each language pair once.
  • Download the result for Word, as an EPUB for e-readers, or as a PDF (light or dark).
  • Interface in English, Português and Español.

Digital logic

🧮 Boolean Algebra Exercise Generator and Expression Solver

Generate random logic-circuit exercises, or type your own Boolean expression and see the circuit, the formula, the timing diagram and the values per interval.

  • From 1 to 10 gates: AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR and XNOR, drawn with IEC/ANSI symbols.
  • Optional fan-out, where one gate output feeds several gates.
  • Boolean (0 / 1), conditional or LED-timer inputs, with an optional timer and five interval speeds.
  • The Boolean expression, with its simplified form computed from the full truth table.
  • Answers stay hidden until you click “Show answer”.
Statistics

📊 Statistical Data Set Generator

Generate random sets of numbers to practice descriptive statistics by hand, then check each answer as correct or incorrect.

  • From 3 to 100 values, with a minimum and maximum value, as whole numbers or decimals, in random, ascending or descending order.
  • Population or sample statistics: the variance and the standard deviation divide by N or by n − 1.
  • Mean, mode, median, range, mean absolute deviation, variance, standard deviation and coefficient of variation.
  • “Show answer” in each field tells you whether your answer is correct or incorrect; “Show result” reveals every answer.
  • An answer key with every result, and a button to copy the values.
Number systems

🔢 Number Base Conversion Exercise Generator

Generate exercises to convert whole numbers between binary, octal, decimal and hexadecimal, then check each answer and see the step-by-step solution.

  • Binary (2), octal (8), decimal (10) and hexadecimal (16), with a fixed or random source and target base.
  • From 1 to 100 exercises, in three difficulty levels.
  • Practice mode, to check each answer, or study mode, with every solution shown.
  • Step-by-step solutions: repeated division, or the sum of powers of the base when converting to decimal.
  • Check all, show all the answers, clear them or print the exercises.

Why Nalgoritmo

Simple pages that do one thing well.

Learn by reading

The Sequential Translator turns any text into bilingual reading material: you understand the text, notice how the language builds its sentences and learn vocabulary in context.

Practice, then check

Work an exercise on your own, then reveal the circuit, the formula and the timing diagram to compare, or check your statistics and base conversion answers one by one. You can also type your own Boolean expression and let the solver check your work.

Nothing to install

The tools run on the page itself, with no account to create and no software to download, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The Sequential Translator uses the Translator API built into your browser or an offline engine that runs on the device itself.
